How We Help Hyatt Hotels Stand Out Through Visual Storytelling
We’re proud to be on Hyatt’s official vendor list, and our team is actively working with more Hyatt hotels each quarter to elevate their visual content. Whether it’s a drone flying through a lobby and amenities in one seamless take, a cinematic lifestyle shoot for a new website launch, a series of social media reels, or a virtual tour that helps a group client understand the meeting flow, this is where we stand out.
What We Actually Do for Hyatt Hotels
We offer a full range of services depending on what each property needs:
- FPV Indoor Drone Tours to give a one-take, immersive walkthrough of ballrooms, lobbies, rooftop bars, and piece of the hotel that needs to be captured. These are especially powerful for helping group sales teams give clients a feel for the property without the client ever stepping foot onsite - not to mention how engaging they are to share on social media for leisure guests to view.
- Lifestyle Videography that captures the space and also the energy of the property and people in it - how it feels to check in, sit at the bar, go to the gym, relax in the room, walk to nearby attractions and more. These videos often live on hotel websites as hero banners or are broken into short-form content for social.
- Photography—we capture, full-room setups, F&B shots, and lifestyle moments with guests and staff.
- FlyView, our proprietary virtual tour software, which allows sales teams to send a link and instantly walk clients through a curated visual experience of their property.
Our Hyatt clients have told us they’ve seen direct booking inquiries tied to the video content we’ve created, and group sales managers consistently say it’s helped their clients make faster decisions with more confidence. On social media, several of the hotels we’ve worked with have seen their views and engagement increase significantly after launching content we filmed.
Helping Differentiate Between Hyatt Brands
Hyatt’s strength is in its diversity. With nearly 25 different brands under the umbrella, it can be tough, especially online, for guests to really feel the difference between each luxury brand. This is something we’ve started solving. For several Hyatt hotel groups, we’ve been working on creating cohesive video strategies across their entire portfolio while still maintaining the unique identity of each brand.
Take Thompson Hotels, for example. We’ve worked with:
- Thompson Houston:
- Thompson San Antonio:
Each one has its own vibe and design-forward aesthetic, but both needed video content that matched the premium experience that Thompson is known for. Through carefully shot drone clips, architectural storytelling, and energetic lifestyle clips, we were able to help each property show off its edge without losing its own voice.
For brands like Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place, the content approach is slightly different, focused more on the guest experiences, activities, guest accessibility, and layout clarity, especially for group travel clients. These hotels are often balancing business travel, events, and leisure guests, so we helped shape the video strategy to serve all those use cases.
In addition, we capture properties under renovation to give guests confidence during construction.
- Hyatt Regency Frisco:
- Hyatt Regency Lost Pines:
- Hyatt Regency Austin (Renovation Video):
- Hyatt Place San Antonio:
Why It’s Worked
A big part of why this partnership works is that Hyatt properties trust us to move fast, show up with a lean crew, and still deliver premium content that tells a real story. Most of our videos are shot in a single day, and we’re often in and out with just 2/3 people on site, something that managers love when juggling a fully booked hotel with lots of guests around.
And because we’re involved in so many aspects (creative direction, drone operation, post-production, and now software) we’re more than just another vendor showing up with a camera. We act like an extension of the team, focused on helping each hotel hit their goals every time.
